Rashed AlKadi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Abdulrahman Mohammed & Sons Holding Group and AlKadi Real Estate Company, in addition to his role as General Manager of Rashed AlKadi Real Estate Valuation Office. He also holds executive board memberships in several affiliated companies within the group.

With more than two decades of experience in leading companies and investment funds, he has extensive expertise in the real estate sector, investment opportunity assessment, and project management.

Mr. AlKadi is a certified valuer by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) in the field of expropriation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), as well as CMA and Entrepreneurship certifications from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
