He graduated from the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and obtained a master’s and doctorate in comparative jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
He worked as a judge in the General Court in Taif. He occupied several positions such as judicial inspector, advisor to the Minister of Justice, lawyer authorized by the Ministry of Justice, undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Judicial Affairs and as appeals judge in Court of Appeal of Makkah Al-Mukarma until his early retirement in 1438 AH.
He supervises the training of judges in the Ministry of Justice on the newly codified systems and participated in the preparation of some executive regulations and regulatory regulations for the new judicial system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
